What to send

A freight figure is specific to the model, quantity, destination and route. Start with the exact model reference from the product finder, or send a photograph if you are matching an existing fitting.

• Model: the WC reference code, or a photograph and the key dimensions.
• Quantity: the number of pieces you want to buy.
• Destination: country and port or delivery point.
• Route: your preferred route, if you have one, or ask us to qualify a route for the enquiry.
• Requirements: branding, custom packing, and any document you need checked for the model.

What the price includes

Published prices are indicative, in USD per piece. Four split-panel street-light worksheets state that standard packing is included and freight and tax are excluded for their 36 priced models, such as the WC-SL-CL1-60W Classic street light. For the other 161 priced models, including all-in-one street lights such as the WC-SL-AI1-200W, packing, freight and tax are set in writing. The Incoterm, any other charges and the final price are supplied in writing for every model, quantity and agreed commercial terms.

Packing data on the model pages

Single-pack and export-carton quantities and dimensions are listed with the models on the pillar, street and wall and spike pages, so you can estimate volume before you ask. They are indicative: the final packing, branding, carton size, weight and quantity for the ordered model are set in the written quotation.

Detachable posts for overseas pillar-light orders

The factory recommends blank-design pillar lights with detachable posts, assembled on arrival, to help reduce freight costs. Ask which models support this option.

For a freight comparison, ask for the packed dimensions, gross weight and carton quantity of the selected configuration, plus assembly instructions and a list of supplied parts. The published carton figures describe the standard configuration, not the detachable one.

Small orders and single units

Small parcels and single units can travel by courier, where freight can exceed the goods, so ask for the landed cost before committing. Trial quantities and prices are set by written quotation; they do not set a factory production MOQ or a displayed-price tier.

Battery documents for your route

Tell us the exact model, quantity, destination and route under consideration, and ask for the battery and packing basis in the freight quotation. Before booking air freight, ask for the battery transport documents for the quoted model and route; carriers normally require a UN 38.3 test summary for lithium cells.
