Zhongshan Pinye Lighting Co., Ltd, founded in 2014, makes the lights in Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. TÜV Rheinland's supplier assessment of July 2026 recorded a manufacturer, not a trading company, with 3,500 m², 24 staff and three assembly lines. Weichun Lighting, under the same ownership, is the international sales desk: we publish the factory's range in English with specifications, packing data and indicative USD prices, and we handle the enquiry, the quotation and the order. Orders are contracted and invoiced by RyanFulfil, a Singapore business.

The factory sells on its other platforms as Zhongshan Pinye Lighting Co., Ltd (中山市品业灯饰有限公司), so if you have found it elsewhere, you found it as Pinye. Pinye and Zhongshan Weichun Lighting Co., Ltd are separate registered companies, and your quotation names the company on each order document. See who manufactures, sells and invoices.

It depends on the product. The factory's production minimum is agreed for the exact model, configuration and destination in your written quotation. Trial quantities and prices are confirmed by written quotation too. Send the quantity you need and we will quote the applicable terms.

Each displayed price is USD per piece; carton counts in the specifications describe packing, not a price tier.

Ask for it in your enquiry. The trial quantity and its price are confirmed by written quotation for the exact model, and the factory's production minimum depends on the product. Small parcels can travel by courier, where freight can exceed the goods, so ask for the landed cost before you commit.

Yes. Samples are paid, and the sample cost is credited against your first order when that is agreed at quotation stage, so raise it while we are quoting. Sample freight is quoted separately, on your courier account or ours.

On solar lighting a sample is worth more than a datasheet. Charge it, put it outside for a week, and see how it behaves on a cloudy run.

Yes, as a quoted project. Your logo goes on the product by printing, laser marking or a moulded mark, and your own carton, barcode, insert and manual can replace the standard packing. On pillar models that support it, the centre acrylic panel can carry a pattern you supply; ask which models take it. The method, minimum, tooling and lead time are quoted per project; see OEM and private label.

Yes. 197 of the 204 models carry an indicative price in USD per piece, reviewed in September 2026 and indicative until 31 March 2027; the other 7 are quoted individually on your enquiry. The final price comes by written quotation and moves with your quantity, destination and Incoterm, packing changes, and any branding or tooling.

For the 36 priced models in four split-panel street-light worksheets, the worksheets state that standard packing is included and freight and tax are excluded. For the other 161 priced models, including the all-in-one street-light series, packing, freight and tax are set in the written quotation. The Incoterm and any other charges are set there for every model.

It depends on the model. Mains pillar versions (model codes ending in -E) are priced without the lamp, which is not included. The 36 priced split-panel street lights include the arm, remote control, fixing screws and bracket plate, with standard packing; the pole clamp is quoted separately, and freight and tax are excluded. The 200 mm models. The size in each pillar-light model code is the base width in millimetres, so a 200 mm column takes a model with 200 in its code, such as the solar WC-PP-SQ-200 in ABS or the WC-PA-GT-200 in aluminium. Measure the pillar or cap you are mounting on and pick the nearest size at or below it; base and top widths differ on the tapered styles. See choose a pillar light by base width.

TÜV Rheinland assessed the supplier in July 2026 (report TP2606291306, 8 July 2026) and recorded a manufacturer, not a trading company; that assessment covers the supplier, its premises and staff, not a product. Product documents are not published on this site: no CE certificate, RoHS declaration, IP-rating test report, battery transport document or design registration is included for these models.

The factory can discuss certification work for quantity orders. Name the certificate or test report your market requires, such as CE, RoHS, an IP-rating report or UN 38.3, with the exact model, order quantity and destination; the quantity threshold, scope, cost and timing need agreement before you order.

Lead time depends on the product. Your written quotation states it for the exact model and quantity you ask about. Confirm ready-stock availability or production requirements for your exact model and quantity in the written quotation.

Chinese factories close for Chinese New Year, and the weeks either side are the worst time to wait on a first production run. If your delivery falls near it, tell us early and we will confirm the factory's exact closure dates for that year.

You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship.

Before booking air freight, ask for the battery transport documents for the quoted model and route; carriers normally require a UN 38.3 test summary for lithium cells.

RyanFulfil, a Singapore business, is the contracting seller. It issues your proforma invoice and your commercial invoice and receives payment. The goods are manufactured in Guzhen, Zhongshan by Zhongshan Pinye Lighting Co., Ltd, under the same ownership as Weichun Lighting.

A payment-security note worth reading once: our bank details are issued with the proforma invoice and do not change by email. If you ever receive a message appearing to come from us that changes a beneficiary account, do not pay it. Call us on a number you already have and confirm first.

Three models carry a stated ingress rating. The twin-head spike light WC-DC01 is listed as IP65 on the manufacturer's English specification sheet. The Classic-series street-light head has IP65 moulded into the housing, and the compact all-in-one flood unit has IP66; both markings are visible in the photographs on the street-lights page. No ingress rating is listed for the other models.

These are manufacturer markings, not test reports: if ingress protection affects approval, require the matching report for the exact model in the quotation document set.

Solar-panel rating and battery capacity describe a light's energy system. They do not establish measured lumen output, light distribution or the illumination delivered at a particular site.

Measured lumen output and photometric reports are not published for this range. If lighting performance affects your project, identify the exact model and application and ask which measurements or supporting reports, such as an LM-79 report, if any, can be supplied. Any additional testing requirements, costs and timing must be agreed before relying on them.

The factory gives approximately 8–12 hours from a full charge for the solar pillar family. The lights use automatic light sensing: they switch off and charge during daylight, then switch on after dark. They are intended mainly for decorative lighting, with modest brightness.

That is a family figure without model-specific operating modes or test conditions, so ask for your chosen model's runtime and charging conditions with your sample.

No cloudy-weather runtime is published for any model. The 8–12 hour figure is the factory's statement for the solar pillar family after a full charge, without model-specific operating modes or test conditions. Sunlight varies with location, season, time, landscape and weather, so charge a sample, put it outside through a cloudy run, and ask for your chosen model's runtime and charging conditions for your site and season.

No. The number in an all-in-one model name is the factory's series designation, not a measured luminaire wattage. The WC-SL-AI1-200W has an 8 W solar panel and a 5 Ah battery, and the WC-SL-AI3-1200W has a 35 W panel. This is common across Chinese all-in-one solar street lights and it is worth understanding before you compare quotes from several suppliers.

The wattage in the model name is a series designation, not verified lamp power or brightness. Panel rating and battery capacity help frame charging and operating-time questions, but neither establishes measured light output. If brightness or lighting coverage determines suitability, request applicable model-specific measurements and site-planning information.

Weichun Lighting reference codes give each export model an unambiguous identifier, because the factory identifies most of this range by a Chinese style name, a material and a size.

The code reads left to right: WC for Weichun, then PA (pillar, aluminium), PP (pillar, plastic/ABS), SL (street light) or the factory's own code for the wall and spike lamps; then the style; then the size in millimetres or the series wattage. A trailing -E means the mains version, and -T the tall body.

Use the reference code in your enquiry so the quotation matches it to the factory's description and dimensions. If you already have the factory's Chinese product name, send that instead: it is printed next to every model on the category pages.

On models that support it, as the factory's recommendation for overseas orders. The factory recommends blank-design pillar lights with detachable posts for assembly on arrival, and says the central acrylic panel can be customised with your requested pattern.
