OEM and ODM solar lighting — what is configurable today
Most buyers who ask for "OEM" on solar lighting want one of four things: a different size, a different body, their own carton, or their own brand on the product. Here is which of those we can quote from a standing range, and which needs a project conversation first.
Configurable from the standing range — quotable now
These are choices the factory already builds across the 204 models on this site, so they are a specification question rather than a development project.

The factory states in its own specification sheet that the aluminium pillar range is workable as either a solar or a mains fitting, with an E27 lamp holder and a remote control. That is the clearest configuration statement we hold in writing, and it is why the solar-or-mains choice is on this list rather than the next one.
Needs a project conversation — not yet documented
We are not going to print terms we cannot evidence, so these are honest gaps rather than a menu:
- Your logo on the product — printing, laser marking or a moulded mark. We have no written minimum, tooling cost or lead time for this yet.
- Your own carton and retail packaging — artwork, barcode, insert and manual. The factory's standard carton dimensions and pack quantities are published with every model on this site, which is the starting point; your own pack is quoted per project.
- A new mould or a changed housing — tooling cost, ownership of the tool and amortisation are commercial terms that have to be agreed in writing before anyone spends money.
- A specified IP rating, lumen output or certification — see the factory page. Where a document does not exist yet, the honest route is a quotation for the test, funded by a real order rather than in advance.

How a private-label project runs
- Brief. Model or style, quantity, destination market, and what has to carry your brand — the product, the carton, or both.
- Written quotation. Unit price, MOQ, tooling if any, lead time and packing.
- Sample. Paid, and credited against the first order when agreed at quotation stage. For branded work this is the stage that settles print position, colour and finish.
- Pre-production approval. You sign off a golden sample. Production is built to that, not to the catalogue photograph.
- Inspection and shipment. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is available on any order; on a first branded run it is worth the money.
If you are selling online
Marketplace listings need assets more than they need a lower unit price: real dimensions, accurate carton cube and weight for freight, clean photography and honest mode descriptions. The specification and packing data on this site is published so you can build a listing and cost a shipment before you commit to stock.
What we will not do is hand you the marketplace creatives this range is sold with domestically. Reverse image search puts those straight back on the original listing, which is the fastest way to make your own listing look resold. Ask us for clean product photography for the models you pick.
