Privacy notice
How Weichun Lighting handles the details you send when you ask for a price, a sample or a document: who holds them, why, for how long, who else receives them, and how to use your rights.
Who is responsible for your details
The controller of your personal data is Ryanfulfil (Singapore), trading as Weichun Lighting, Singapore. That company decides why enquiry details are held and for how long. Contact it about this notice or your data at [email protected].

Data protection contact
What we use your details for, and the lawful basis
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, or send an enquiry drafted on this site, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, company, business email or phone number, the models, quantities and destination you ask about, and any files you attach.
- Answering your enquiry, quoting and arranging samples. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and selling to the company you work for (GDPR and UK GDPR Art 6(1)(f)); where you are yourself the party asking for a quotation, taking steps you ask for before a contract (Art 6(1)(b)).
- Running an order: production, inspection, shipping, invoicing and after-sales. Lawful basis: performing the contract with your company, and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate order records.
- Accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art 6(1)(c)).
The legitimate interests we rely on are answering and following up business enquiries, running orders and keeping the records a sale requires.
Who receives your details
- the manufacturing partner in Guzhen, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, when your enquiry needs a factory quotation or a technical answer receives the specification, quantities and delivery requirements needed to quote and make your order.
- Freight forwarders and carriers receive the consignee and delivery details for a shipment.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) hosts this website and receives the ordinary request data every visit sends, such as IP address, browser and the page requested.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- Cloudflare Email Routing, forwarding to a Google Workspace / Gmail mailbox carries and stores the email you send us.
- Cloudflare receives page-view data where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled (see below).
International transfers
Your details are stored or accessed in China (the manufacturing partner) and Singapore (the contracting seller); Cloudflare serves this site from its global network, which can be outside the country you write from. Safeguard for these transfers: We send only what a quotation needs. We do not rely on an adequacy decision; for transfers out of the EEA or UK we use the relevant standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent for the specific enquiry.. Ask at [email protected] for a copy of the safeguard that applies.
How long we keep your details
- An enquiry that does not become an order: 24 months from your last message, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Orders and commercial records: 7 years, where a shipment or invoice makes that a legal requirement for the contracting seller
- What is stored in your browser: see "What is stored on your device" below.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its rectification or erasure. You can ask us to restrict processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You can ask for the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable form, or for it to be sent to another organisation (data portability). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Send a request to [email protected]. We answer within one month.
Complaints to a supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live, work or where you think the problem arose. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the European Union it is the authority of your member state. You are welcome to raise the concern with us first at [email protected], but you do not have to.
Do you have to give us your details?
No law or contract requires you to give us personal data. We need a way to reply, a WhatsApp number or an email address, to answer an enquiry, and consignee and delivery details to ship an order. Without them we cannot quote or deliver.
Automated decisions
We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.
Details we receive from someone else
We may receive your business contact details (name, role, company, business email or phone number) from a colleague who copies you into an enquiry, or from the factory or a freight forwarder working on your order. We use them only for that enquiry or order, as described above, and tell you so in our first message to you, or within one month at the latest.
What is stored on your device
This site's own code sets no cookies and puts nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage.
When you press a WhatsApp button, the page heading and the address of the page you are on are added to the message draft. If you reached that page from a tagged link or from another website, a short label for it (the link's utm_source value or that website's name) is added too. You can edit or delete these lines, and they reach us only if you send the message.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
On this site: Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. Our host injects its beacon script on every page, and it was confirmed served in the live HTML on 17 September 2026. No advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking script runs on this site, and no analytics cookie is set.
Where it is enabled, Cloudflare adds a script that sends page-view and page-load timing data to Cloudflare: the page address, the referring website, your country, device type and browser. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics uses no cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. Cloudflare receives this data as the provider of the service.
